featuring the Wiltshire Country Show (30 June &amp; 1 July)</p>
<p>Visitors to this summer’s Barbury International Horse Trials, near Marlborough, Wiltshire, will not only be treated to an exciting preview of pre-Olympic Eventing, but for the first time the event will also transform into a food lovers paradise centred around the inaugural Country Gentlemen’s Association (CGA) Festival of Food.</p>
<p>The CGA Festival of Food features on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July of the event, with these days also incorporating the Wiltshire County Show.  A series of cookery demonstrations from celebrity chefs in the AGA Rangemaster Cookery theatre will be the highlight alongside a food bonanza of hand and home-made produce and innovative cookery ideas.  Confirmed chefs include; Brian Turner CBE of Ready Steady Cook fame, Michelin starred chef’s Michael Riemenschneider and Hywel Jones , Masterchef finalists Annie Assheton (2011) and Andrew Kojima (2012), Kesh Desai from Lucknam Park and Peter Vaughan of The Bistro &amp; Cookery School.</p>
<p>Brian Turner commented &#8216;I am really looking forward to coming to the Barbury Horse Trials. Having once ridden in a charity race at Windsor it will be great to see some of the best riders in the world in action from the eventing scene and then it’s my turn in the cookery theatre. I hope to see the crowds there!&#8217;</p>
<p>Food producers include; The Garlic Farm,  Supreme Sausages, The Cotswold Cider Company, Liquorice Heaven, Gastro Nicks, Wessex Pastry, Godminster Vintage, The Real Olive Company Chococo and Cupcakes by JoJo.  Inspiring kitchen gadgets and equipment suppliers include; Well bake Silicone Bakeware, Aston Trading, Show N Tell, Tasty Morsels and Thermomix, Mr D’s Thermal Cooker.  Additionally, the shopping experience will feature over hundred retailers.</p>
<p>The Wiltshire County Show, now in its third running, is growing in popularity year on year.  Pedigree livestock, agricultural machinery, vintage cars, military vehicles, a parade of the Vine and Craven and Berks &#038; Bucks Drag Hounds, sheep shearing and sheep dog trials, bird of prey demo’s and  ferret and llama racing will all form part of the show, which celebrates Wiltshire rural life</p>
<p>The official charity across the four days is the ABF – The Soldiers Charity, who provide support and help to serving and retired soldiers and their families.   Additionally, the It’s A Knockout Competition in aid of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance will feature on Saturday 30th June, when teams of local businesses will be taking part in a version of the popular 80&#8242;s tv show!</p>

<p>Visitors to this summer’s Barbury International Horse Trials will not only witness exciting pre-Olympic Eventing but will also be able to enjoy  a food lovers paradise with the CGA Festival of Food.</p>
<p>The CGA Festival of Food forms part of the Wiltshire County Show on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July and will offer a feast of hand and home-made produce as well as innovative cookery ideas.  The highlight will be a series of cookery demonstrations across the weekend in the AGA Rangemaster Cookery Theatre from acclaimed chefs; Brian Turner CBE of Ready Steady Cook fame, ** Michelin Chef Michael Riemenschneider and Masterchef finalists Annie Assheton (2011) and Andrew Kojima (2012), Michelin starred Hywel Jones,Kesh Desai from Lucknam Park and Peter Vaughan of The Bistro &#038; Cookery School.</p>

The show celebrates Wiltshire rural life, including pedigree livestock parades, with displays of agricultural machinery, vintage cars and army vehicles. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>BARBURY HAS announced it will be supporting ABF The Soldiers’ Charity by helping to raise funds at the show from Saturday, June 30 to Sunday, July 1.</p>
<p>Barbury Castle Horse Trials attracts the world’s best event riders and is the place to hold corporate hospitality events. The world’s top riders will tackle a thrilling event course that brings the public closer to the action than anywhere else.</p>
<p>In a natural arena, surrounded by the Marlborough downs, the entire cross country circuit can be seen from virtually anywhere you stand, while the main hospitality facilities are situated beside the show jumping and dressage arena. In 2012 the GB eventing team will parade around the main arena. Go and wave a Union Flag and cheer them on to gold.</p>
<p>The Wiltshire Festival of Food, featuring some of the very best cookery demonstrations and locally sourced produce, should whet any food lover’s appetite. There is a fabulous new food marquee buzzing with innovative ideas too. Go along to be inspired and sample and buy food.<br />
Alongside the festival there will be an array of trade stands, a real shopper’s paradise. Find thousands of products simply not available on the high street.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Wiltshire Show will demonstrate both modern and traditional farming techniques, with plenty of animals on show, including racing llamas!</p>
<p>Horsepower of a different kind features in the military displays of tanks and armoured vehicles and paintballing. There will something for everyone, from grandchildren to grandads and grannies.</p>
